By accessing and using the Dolomite SEO website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Dolomite SEO provides website design, development, SEO, marketing, and related digital services. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Pricing
All pricing displayed on our website is subject to change. Listed prices are starting points and may vary based on scope, complexity, and customization. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. Setup fees are one-time charges; monthly fees cover ongoing services as described in your package.
Payment
Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept payment via methods specified in your invoice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and access to necessary accounts. Delays in client-provided materials may affect project timelines. Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final website design, content, and deliverables created specifically for them. Dolomite SEO retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio. Pre-existing templates, tools, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within the project timeline.
Cancellation
Monthly service agreements can be cancelled with notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any prepaid monthly fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Limitation of Liability
Dolomite SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results.
No Guarantees
While we implement proven best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms (hosting, advertising, CRM, booking systems). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Their terms and fees are separate from ours.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
